Albergo Casalta is located in the heart of
Strove, nestled in the Elsa countryside,
a small village of Longobard origin which
later became a passage-way for the pilgrims
of Frankish Road. The fortress houses which
still characterise it were built on the ruins
of Strove Castle which was razed to the ground
